• A $500 deposit (part of the total price: $1350 for the Overview Course, $1450 for the Advanced Course) is required to make a reservation and hold a spot, using any of the methods below. The remaining balance ($850 for the Overview Course, $950 for the Advanced Course) is due 30 days before the event. You also have the option to pay the entire amount due when signing up so you will no need to make a second balance payment later.

  • The deposit is non-refundable; although, if a course is cancelled (very unlikely), or if you cancel at least 30 days before the course and your spot is filled, the deposit will be honored through the following year (but not beyond). The balance due 30 days before the event is non-refundable.
  • If paying the balance on time is an issue for you, please let me know ASAP and we can work something out. Early payment is required so we can fill any open spots from the people on the waiting list, who need time to plan travel. Also, getting payment up front will simplify and speed up our check-in process on the first day of the course and allow us to have an accurate count for course book printing.
